Home inspections are a visual assessment of the property at the time of the inspection. Conditions may change over time, and it is also common for contractors or other professionals to have different opinions about repair methods or recommended improvements.

As outlined in our inspection agreement, the following timing guidelines: (1) Concerns should be submitted within six (6) months of the inspection date. (2) Written notice should be provided within seven (7) days of discovering the issue. These guidelines help us review concerns accurately and fairly, and will provide us a better opportunity to help you.
